Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry Recipe
Ingredients Needed:

- Add the broccoli and garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
- OPTIONAL: Serve hot with brown rice or quinoa.
